Bill Brady

A highly respected industry leader, Bill brings more than three decades of experience in estimating and field operations to MYCON. During his career, Bill has been involved with more than $2.5 billion of commercial construction projects across multiple markets, including industrial, retail, distribution/manufacturing, office, healthcare, K-12, higher education, multi-family and senior living.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Texas A&M University.

Bill is responsible for leading all estimating activities and coordinating all phases of cost tracking. He manages and trains the MYCON estimating staff responsible for conceptual and parameter estimating, design phase cost control, value engineering and the entire bid process.

Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors of the D/FW Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and is a member of Texas A&M University’s Construction Industry Advisory Council (CIAC). An Eagle Scout, Bill has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America as a scoutmaster and committee chairman, and his sons have also earned their Eagle Scout designations. He resides in Plano with his wife Meredith. In his free time, Bill enjoys fly fishing and other outdoor activities.
